    What do u mostly do? weight-training or endurance-training (like intervals? or perseverance training (running..) ?) u are so tight and with so defined muscles! is it just weighttraining and really healthy food? cause I havn't seen u doing any type of cardio training.. and u have low fat%, how do u get that with only the weighttraining? I want really tight thigh's and but, like urs! should I do even more weighttraining then?
