• Giveaways are only open to US residents, ages 18 years and older, unless otherwise specified by the sponsor.
• Do not "unlike" or "unfollow" any pages such as: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Networked Blogs, Google+, and Email Subscriptions before the official drawing, as those entries will be disqualified. Every winning entry is verified for completion, prior to announcing. 
• Use a legitimate email address. Stay Healthy Fitness will make one attempt to notify the winner via email only, within 3 days of the giveaway ending date. We encourage participates to check their spam box, to ensure they don't have a winner's notification. 
• Winner has 3 days to reply back with their shipping information, from the date the notification email is sent. If winner does not respond in the allotted time frame, a new winner will be selected.
• Winner/s will be announced using their name as specified by the winner/s, and shared on the Stay Healthy Fitness Blog and Sponsor's media pages. Occasionally Stay Healthy Fitness may also announce it on our Facebook page.
